Returns & Exchanges
At Cowpresso Coffee Roasters, we strive to ensure every brew meets your expectations; however, due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee beans, we only accept returns on non-food merchandise and equipment within 14 days of purchase.
Eligibility Check
Ensure your item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories. Please note that opened coffee bags and custom-ground beans are ineligible for return due to food safety regulations.
Submit a Request
Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and a brief explanation of the return. For damaged equipment, please attach clear photos or videos of the defect.
Return Shipping
Once your request is authorized, securely pack the item and mail it to our Singapore roasting facility. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Inspection and Refund
After we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days via your original payment method or as store credit.
